U38 Lammania Release Notes: Missing Fix?

I was reading through the Lammania Release Notes for U38 that were up on ddowiki.com and noticed the following:

Character hand color is now correct when equipping the Robe of Celebration.

What I couldn't see was a fix for Character neck colour on Medium Armour, which is just as badly pale.
Does anyone know if this has been/will be fixed?

I couldn't tell you. Most of the toons over on Lammania are sporting the latest in fur and claws. But I'll keep an eye out ...
