Looking for Scourge build

I am hoping people could help me come up with a build using the new Aasimar Iconic. I would like to have 11 levels of cleric for the past life. The goal would be a build that can solo low level reaper but be a help to groups in higher level reaper. I currently don't have resources to reincarnate and get rid of the 1 level of ranger.

8 Cleric/6 ranger/6 monk.

Play it like a normal melee ranger.

There's a cleric 14 / rgr 6 build in my Tempest Warpriest thread. War Domain for Holy Sword and tactics bonus to Stunning Blow; rgr for the feats and tier-5 Tempest enhancements.
