okay I found an old forum post where a person had my problem on his original account. He made a new one and everything showed up fine with it. So I did it and saw all the worlds just fine.
I can access the forums and main site fine. Just not DDO.
Do I contact DDO and wait days for a response?

I know that when they moved datacenters they change some other things and you might have to update your userpreferences.ini.
I can't find the thread that talked about it though.

Note: userpreferences.ini is located in Documents -> Dungeons and Dragons Online. This folder does not get deleted with uninstall so it's possible that you have old user settings even after redownloading the game. Rename the folder to "Dungeons and Dragons Online old" or something like that and try again.

Thought of that, tried it, nope.

I hope they do fix it soon, decided to mess around with that new account and ran into a problem I know I didn't have before.
Maxed out on money storage.

I hope you've contacted account support through e-mail and waiting for a personal fix.
As this is an issue only a few players may encounter, you should not expect it to be on the devs radar.

Check your Hosts file.
Located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
If you used to play its possible that there is a DDO entry in there. There have been a couple of server moves that probably mean its out of date. Delete any line with gls.ddo.com (or anything with ddo.com).
If your unsure just rename the hosts file to hosts.old and reboot. Windows will create a new one anyway.

Nothing like that listed and the oldest host file back up is 2014 and according to my account I last played in 2012.
