cant log into game

title says it all go through login to char selection screen then game freezes
wont let me select a char no char pic and freezes to the level I have to ctrl,alt,del log out of entire pc to stop the freeze
any help would be greatly appreciated

What OS are you on? Have you updated it recently? Did you check to make sure that all your drivers are updated? When did the problem first start? Did anything unusual happen? What possible causes have you checked? Have you tried the usual suspects (uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting your PC, resetting your modem, etc.)

running windows 10
with the latest big update windows corrupted one of my system drivers
so i had to do a full clean install of windows 10
reinstalled ddo also installed directx 9.0c as well as directx 10 and 11 as windows instal had only given me directx 12
had this same problem straight after fresh install but thought i had sorted it as had been playing this week
tryed to log on and once again had this same crash 5 times out of 5 login attempts
