So I have a new Razer Kraken Pro V2 headset to replace my Logitech G430 set that stopped working right a few months ago, and I've already got a problem. When I first plugged them in (using the G430 USB adaptor), they played game worked fine, but then I went to tinker with the settings and now I can't hear any game sounds. I don't remember what I did, though. Any suggestion?

I'm pretty computer illiterate, so I'm trying to figure out how to do that. It's not a problem with the game itself, I think. I think I removed Realtek from my audio settings, and I don't know how to add it back. I'm using Windows 10.

Did you try turning off the game client and restarting it? I've found that the DDO Client is very picky with audio, in that most audio outputs must be active (plugged in) prior the the client launching or it will simply not acknowledge that it exists. It's a very dated system, but...welcome to DDO! :)

I had that same issue w/ a razer headset a few years ago.

It's a setting in the razer experience settings. You most likely dont even know you have the experience. Until you go to their website. lol

CSR for Razer is terrible at best, good luck
