Not gonna happen. Sorry, if you have spam problems this is not the way to address it. I tried to file a bug report on "A Small Problem" being uncompletable now because there is not enough firewood (done this quest plenty of times). You are asking a lot of irrelevant questions on the bug report form and not asking the ones that you should be.
Then after filling out the whole form (I used email@example.com because I cannot remember which email is associated with which account), so you get no bug report, because you want me to verify the report by email? What is the point of the form then?
If you want email bug reports then give us an email template and an address to send it to.
I notice that the other thread about you not getting bug reports is now missing from the forums.
Who is handling the bug reports? Has it been outsourced? These kind of tricks are the sort used by call centers to reduce AHT and eliminate actually doing anything for the client.
It is clear that SSG does not actually want bug reports. That form is a black hole piped to dev/null.

First, you don't need to verify emails to submit tickets, only to add them to your management account. If I remember correctly, someone from the support team mentioned this earlier (maybe in that thread you say is missing). They still have the ticket, you just won't get an account to manage the ticket with if I remember correctly. Second, you don't need to use the email associated with your DDO account, just an email you can access; the two have no direct relation as far as I know. Third, getting angry at support (or not giving helpful information) doesn't accomplish a single thing. Support is a difficult thing, especially when you have to work with extensive code to fix problems and people who toss in a bunch of unhelpful reports that don't really help diagnose problems (what players see and what developers need are often two very different categories). Your critiques about the form are relevant, but part of that problem is that without the structure already there people won't leave enough information. It's not like corporate IT where you can just call up the person with the problem from nine to five and set up an appointment to troubleshoot. Game support is a whole different monster, where there are uncontrolled environments, users who communicate poorly or not at all, and two teams (support and development) who have to collaborate to fix problems like that. The turn around time, especially when the development team is busy with things like Ravenloft or the Anniversary event (we are getting some cool new stuff, r-right?) can be very long, especially for bugs that are difficult to reproduce or determine causality. I know SSG has some in-house support, but I suspect that a good deal is dealt with by a third party, and many of those third parties are just awful, so some transparency would be nice.
I'm sorry that you're having problems with A Small Problem. I personally don't play that quest because I just think it's too long and tedious, but that just means it's worse when you have to deal with bugs and glitches. While I do hope that this bug, along with all the others, gets fixed, I fear you might have to wait a very long time on that one.
