A couple things:
Map out your enhancements. I suspect you will not have nearly enough AP to take everything you want.
It looks like you're 11Ranger/4fighter/5wiz ? This is a weird split. This will not let you get any +1 crit range from any of the enhancement trees so your DPS will be bad. After you pin stuff down, you still need to be able to kill it. And you can't pin undead, so you need to be able to kill them. The +crit range is either 6 fighter (dmg) with T5 kensai (range) or 12 ranger with Core4 DWS and Core 5 AA (which presumably you are taking as an elf). What do the Wizard level buy you other than buffs and two metamagic feats? There's just not a lot of synergy in this split. 6 fighter gives you lots of stuff as does 12 ranger as does 12 wiz. This gets close but no cigar to all of these.
Also, Elf AA is expensive in terms of AP unless you have ridiculous numbers of racial past lives. Its 4 AP just to unlock just that ability, much less climb the elf tree to get there.
Why take PBS so late? Why take resilience over Precision? Power Critical is pretty useless, you'd be much better off with something else. You can already get your seeker high enough that you make all your criticals. And Without Precision to give you more ARmor peircing, you won't be able to crit anyway.
Greater Enchant Focus isn't really needed for anything. It's +1DC but you're likely better off with a different metamagic feat. You only need the base SF:Enchant for the +3DC magister twist. You'd be strictly better off with PastLife:Wiz get +1 DC to everything and MM for free.
In terms of paralyzing things, look at the White Feather build. I run a version of this on my monkcher (14 monk/6ranger) and it's quite effective.

FYI... You do not need to take wizard to get enchantment focus and greater enchantment focus. My suggestion is to go pure ranger to take advantage of the capstones. You can build towards 100% double shot which also helps with getting things paralyzed since you have more chances per shot.
