Stuck on loading screen in Gianthold.

Hello. While I am teleporting my player out of Gianthold to the marketplace, using the npc Vanyel, I get stuck on a loading screen that does not go away. I have had to reboot the game over 5 times so far, but the issue is still happening. I am playing on khyber, and using a Windows 10 PC.

Same. Can't travel to Korthos Island. Just sits in the Loading screen. My boyfriend has a character currently stuck in the Cannith Crafting Hall. We're both running windows 10 on khyber.

I also sometimes get errors when I cancel out of the frozen game, mentioning Direct3D issues.

I was doing Litany of the Dead, and when exiting from one of the 4 bosses to smash the crystal I got stuck on the loading screen. I haven't had this issue in years, I hope it's just a coincidence...
