Just a quick question...
I purchased a VIP account with the understanding that I would have access to all quest packs. What about Ravenloft? Do I need to purchase it, or will it be made available to VIP's some time down the road?

everything but expansions. so no.

Yep...VIP gets all packs except expansions. You could save up the points you get every month any buy it with points when it is available in a few months.

Or buy the expansion.

Turbine decided that some of their larger bundled quest packs would be considered expansions that are not included in VIP.
