Does 'One With Blade' from the Vistani tree stack with 'Knife Spec.' from the Assassin tree?
I see they both competence bonus - but did anyone test it and can verify?

Yeah, they both seem to be competence bonuses as listed, though Knife Spec should still receive it's double range, or multiplier. One W/ Blade does stack w/ Assassin Core 5.

One with Blades (nee Plays with Knives) and Knife Specialization don't stack; the latter is superior b/c of +1 range bonus w/IC:Pierce feat. Lethality stacks with both as well as Vendetta (tier-5 Vistani). So it seemed like Knife Spec + Lethality gives you better sustained crit damage (plus Assassinate ofc); while OwB + Vendetta + Lethality gives you better burst DPS.
