Simple: total RXP required = reaper AP squared times 1000. Thus the difference to advance is (current AP*2 +1)*1000

1st point = 1000

2nd point = 4000 total (3k more)

3 points = 9000 (5k more)
...
20 points = 400k (39k more than 19)
ETC...
