I just reclaimed the 60 days VIP from the xpac purchase. Yet, despite being logged in and following the instructions I am unsure if it simply made a new sub for me rather than adding to the existing one.

From the myaccount page: Next Billing Date: 1/23/2018 10:02:41 PM

From the confirmation email I got:
Thank you for playing Dungeons & Dragons Online ™.
You have been charged $0.00, and your subscription will renew on February 5, 2018.

And from the mail with the purchase:
Thank you for purchasing the Dungeons & Dragons Online™ 60-Day Game Time Code, a piece of software which supplements the massive multiplayer online Dungeons & Dragons Online™ (the "Game"). If you plan to use this key to upgrade an existing account, please follow these directions:
1) Log into game
2) Open the In-Game Store (Ctrl+S)
3) Click "Redeem Code" at the top.
4) Enter the code into the field.
5) Click "Apply"
6) This will upgrade your existing subscription! Simply restart the game and enjoy.
I believe I did exactly as instructed.

So, I wonder what just happened...

I had no problems when I applied mine, it extended time 2 months. I had just recently renewed for 1 year and knew when it would be due again, and varified the change after applying the code. Don't know how you could reasonably check that you got the correct extension without knowing before when it was due.

We can fix that for you if it didn't correctly extend your time. Toss in a ticket using the link in my signature.

The way it applies is confusing. I got a notification that my annual subscription was renewed for $99, but when I checked my account, It was just extended the 60 days.

In my case the expiration date is less than 2 months out after it should have added 2 months, so thats quite easy. In generel though you have a point.

Will do, thanks - just need to allow signatures again so I can see it :)
