Item setup for electricity cleric

I want 5 piece slaver and the 5 piece ravenloft set.
Max con
Max wis
Max spellpower force light
Max crit ele force light
Max prr and mrr
Ghostly and blur or lesser displacement
Profane + as much other good effects as possible

Do any have a nice item Idea ?
I wont get it as good as i want :/

And If possible cha+ turning items!

Could you provide more information on what you plan to do build-wise? Enhancements, spells, feats, deity... I assume you would go Air Domain.
