For me it's less about ergonomics though, and more about having a proper middle mouse button. Since I don't care so much about the ergonomics (though I do appreciate them), I go a size smaller than they recommend for better control. Feels less clunky that way.

Edit: Oh... huh. Looks like they have a new thing, and it finally comes with a wireless version. Neat.
