Hey all
So I recently came back into the game. I rerolled as a pure Artificer, and goddamn I’m enjoying it. I’ve gotten level 23, and now I’m starting to think about End game gear. I know not a lot of people sit at max level, but for those who know.... what is a good gear set up for a max level Arti battle engineer? Evey build I’ve looked at for ideas says they don’t sit at max, and I don’t know end game quests well anymore, as I haven’t been in the game for close to two years..

Thuderforgered Heavy Repeating Crossbow with a Ruby of Good slotted into it to make it Silver + Good. The you ca buff with Deadly Weapons and it will cover all the important DR breaking.
EE Jeweled cloak for spell absorbtion. I slot a Draconic Soul Gem and Globe in mine.
Cannith Boots of Propolsion for those times you need a boost.
In case stats are lowish, Epic Spyglass and or Manuel of Stealty Pilfering.
Pale Green Ioun Stone for XP boost (Can see when you have it one to reduce fogoten swaps back and forth).
Good armor. Usually start with Thuderforgerd Dragon scale then use the armors from the Legendary Hound/Spine
That is all I can think of atm. Need moar coffee.

Only for single target/electric immune mobs. For everything else: Toven's Hammer, Legendary Arc Welder (Long Range) or St. Murray's Fire. Electric storm does single target rune arm damage in an AoE if you use it right, so it is by far the best rune arm shot. It's basically a shorter cooldown, 0 cast time energy burst with a smaller AoE.

Yay! Looking good.
I wear the Iron Mitss and it's one I missed in my list :D And I use the boots from e3BC as a swapable for FOM. I using the rune arm that throws books at the moment and can't recall the googles I'm wearing. I like ther Ring of Prowess allot as well. I'm running the eFatel Flaw xbow right now. No GS. Using the quiver from Grinn and BArrett. Consuming Darkness is my second ring.

What race are you using? It's important to know if you use bladeforged/warforged or flesh or flesh with construct essense.
I had stayed at cap for almost a year and before that I was etr-ing all the time with pure wf artificer so I have tons of ideas

Personally I think that for endgame machinations of madness is the best runearm. Yes, it is not aoe but you'll be using the most of your runearm in boss fights so you'll be generally stationery. Other than that, toven's is awesome especially if you craft on it.
For repeaters, I really don't believe in vorpals for end game. I used an epic doublecross crossbow for cc slotted with endless night, an ooze lgs for reaper because the oozes kick ass in reaper and a thunderforged with neg-neg blast and mortal fear (sad face for nerf) for epic hards and below legendary.
For fleshies, Memoriam should be a great healing amp item if you can run the raid instead of the gloves.
And I would definatelly advise for an lgs item that gives bonuses to int skills. I made gloves (at the time it was the right idea, about a year+ ago) with +22/+11 int skills because that's all skills you'll use spellcraft, search, disable, possibly repair. I never went tier 3 on it because of opposition set bonuses being bugged.
