Improved Elemental Arrows (tier 5)...

Which do you prefer and why - Elemental Damage or Improved Elemental Arrows?

Elemental damage because it also increases the damage die of the Force Arrows which gets way more use than any of the other elemental options.

Elemental damage, because I like to use cold arrows and I'm not a DC caster. Also because Elemental arrows doesn't improve force arrows and doesn't give USP.
