View Full Version : Cant get Ravenloft order to complete

I get the order up and CC info in and have tried bank as well... niether work... get a small message that says "Payment Authentication Failed". All info is correct... I have no issue ordering DDO Points or items from the ingame Shop, just from the DDO Store for this purchase any help would be great!

You need to talk to your bank. Mine did that they were blocking the transaction. I had to call and tell them to allow it.

I have done this, my bank and CC co. do not show a refused order. Its not getting that far, it must be on the Digital River/Standing Stone end. I belive its being kicked before the bank(s) are being asked to verify the order.

i had to do this with the first expansion

bank was blocking it

Again, I have just gotten off the phone with my bank. They are telling me there is no transaction even in their records. Nothing is making it to the bank for them to block it. I have tried using a diff browser as well as a diff PC all together. I even tried to do it from my phone..... all saying the same thing "Payment Authentication Failed" not blocked or refused... just that it failed.

Again i am looking for anything to try. I am open to any advice at this point. Thanks in advance.

Did you manage to find a solution to this? I am also stuck in this boat. It was blocked by the credit card company but I called and they cleared the path for it to be open for a transaction. I have tried an alternative credit card, email address, browser, machine and internet connection. I cannot change the physical address to which the cards are linked but I think everything else has been taken into account.

Same issue here, unbale to purchase Ravenloft with credit card or PayPal, called my bank and the see no transactions at all :-(
