View Full Version : Client stopped booting up.

This morning I've been trying to launch DDO and I've been getting this message: "Internal Error, please contact customer support."

No Error code or anything.

Can the psychics at DDO customer support use their powers of divination and figure out why my client isn't working?

I click the launch button on Steam, as always. I select the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? [Steam Client Service]" as always. Then when the client starts initializing, I get the little Error box showing up saying "Internal Error, contact customer support" at which point I click on OK and DDO shuts down.

Oh. The downtime is still ongoing?

Well now I feel stupid. I thought it had finished.

Y'know, there should probably be an error code for this kind of situation. Something like "Errorcode: Patching".

I wonder how many people have actually contacted Customer Support due to lack of clarification. I bet they're pretty sick of it.
