Visual Stuttering since last patch?

I've had a couple people in game and on Discord mention this and I've been experiencing it as well. Since the last patch occasionally my screen will stutter/lock for a quarter second or so. Sometimes it happens multiple times a minute, sometimes I can go up to 10+ minutes without it happening.

Only happening in DDO. I've tried the usual. Check drivers, restart computer, scan DDO, turn off all anti-everythings, etc...etc...

Anyone else having issues lately?

Screen blinked out 4 times in 3 hours this afternoon

I have been having similar issues since the new patch. Also last night on Thelanus I got load screen locked out 3 times where even after leaving it loading for ten minutes it did not advance; I had to restart the client each time.

Getting a few more reports on this from people on Discord as well.

Screen just locks for a second seemingly at random.

Happens in multiple zones, multiple characters. Seems unrelated to in game events.

Can we get QA acknowledgement? What would be useful info? System specs?

Had the same issue. This fixed it:
Do the windows run thing

Type cmd

Then type

netsh int ip reset reset.log netsh winsock reset catalog

Then I restarted. Game works fine now.

few things on this( it did work)
1st make sure you run cmd as admin

when you type this in cmd type
netsh int ip reset reset.log

then
netsh winsock reset catalog

two separate commands, i tried both at same time and it didnt work
