I guess there's only so much you can do with an 11 year old engine that was obsolete on release.

Not 100% sure about this new effect as I haven't seen it moving in high ress but as I recall it Thunderfourged shadow effect has skulls in them, and I don't see that here.

So far I have only misted two weapons, the Crystalline Scepter on my wizard and the Alchemical Repeating heavy Crossbow on my mechanic rog/arty.

I have a difficult time choosing which weapons to mirror. There aren't that many that look feminine and pretty (to me). I have mirrored the Twinblade but it would be horrendous to cover-up the lovely pink rainbow of chaos with mist.

Will they be releasing the Aura Mist as a separate purchase either through the DDO store or The Marketplace? (for those of us who can't drop $100+)
