hi all

ive noticed on the internet that theres a relic in 3.5 edition called the axe of the dwarvish lords i have found the abilities and background for this axe on the internet

but what im after is the relic 3.5 edition and 5th edition d&d relic axe of the dwarven kings
some people on the internet says it exists on the internet but i cant find background

does anybody have any background and a list of the special powers it has please

Ok first of all you're on a forum for DDO (Dungeons & Dragons Online) not a D&D Paper & Pencil forum. In DDO there is no item similar to 3.5's Axe of the Dwarvish Lords (https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Axe_of_the_Dwarvish_Lords) except for possibly Dwarven Thrower (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Dwarven_Thrower) which is mainly similar in name (and the fact that they're returning).

3.5 SRD for Artifacts (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Artifacts) does not have anything like a relic axe of the dwarven kings. I'm not familiar with 5E, and not likely to change that. Unearthed Arcana, the Complete Magic Items Compendium, or Deities and Demigods might be a good shot, although it could be in any of the many splat books found elsewhere. Or maybe some edition of the Dragon Magazine. There's a lot of weird stuff in that magazine.

If it doesn't exist, you want someone else to create you a magic item and a background for it, by the name alone? Consider looking in your DMG or the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/creatingMagicItems.htm) for magic item creation, it's not hard. Then add something unique so the item can obtain artifact status, and you're good. Or at least including a vague idea of what you want, so I don't write you a description for a cool-looking axe that upon picking up changes your race and gender to dwarven male, plops a crown on your head and transports you to the Dwarven Kingdoms whereupon they strike you down like the usurper you are before throwing the axe away (it's nearly indestructible).
