Crafting Boost on Khyber Deactivated?

When Khyber was rebooted was the crafting boost turned back on?

On Friday I easily leveled a character to L375 with 50,000 Essences, 150 Success Boosters, and 1 Crafting Experience Potion.

Today I tried the exact same thing, burned everything, and fell short by about 200,000 crafting experience.

I have tested a new character on both Kyber and Argon... the Argon character got double XP from doing the same tutorial quest.
You are indeed 100% correct. It would seem the bonus is disabled for Kyber now.

Anyone know if this was turned back on on Khyber? I was going to burn through a bunch of stuff tonight.
