Yes, but you will need to level back to 30 after to do iconic, or another epic tr

You can Epic Reincarnate an Iconic.

The only types of Reincarnation you cannot do with an Iconic Character is the Heroic True Reincarnation and Racial Reincarnation.

Iconic and epics tr go together hand in hand its a happy union.
take a iconic run up to 30 when your below epics avoid every quest you can run epic.only take comms or heart seeds for every end reward. do not take any saga rewards
when you etr you will still have half you your quest to get bb also you will have all of your saga turn in after etr drink a pot take saga rewards should start you at 22 or 23 with a 50 pot.
run the rest of your epics for bb and do one slayer area this will get you to 30 again etr again.
this etr run any quest you have left for bb go to evenstar run the challenge quest 6 star round robin.
use a few explorer areas. your 30 again
this last etr will be a slow slog to 30 all bb will be spent 90 of explorers will depleted get to 30.
ITR to reset bb.
if you have a +20 heart of wood use that prior to itr to gain a heroic past life of your choice this will give your 2 past lives that you need for the cost of one.

Personally I find this kind of difficult because it means if you ever want your character to not be an iconic anymore; you have to do an iconic reincarnation which means you get a class+iconic pastlife feat and not a racial+epic pastlife feat (although I agree racial doesn't make much sense, since the 'race' is iconic); but this does mean that doing more then 3 lives with an iconic guarantees that you're losing some past-life-efficiency (iconic pastlives don't stack above 3; and you have no choice in which one you get).

I would do a lot more pdk builds if it weren't for this little ruffle.
