No Spawns in 3BC Wilderness?

Greetings! I was just running around the Epic 3BC wilderness to clear out some slayer, solo. But, after searching around a good portion of the map, I found out that there were no mob spawns! The only things I came across were a couple airships (and the grappling hooks they shot down yielded no mobs either) and a couple earth elementals. Ummm... I know this isn't WAI. Anyone else having this problem?

when the airships spawn nothing else does

iirc - you get a message like "an airship has been spotted, weak creatures cower and hide" or some such

Yeah, seen that on occasion... Wheloon has the same problem sometimes. Recall/reset should fix it. If you don't see anything in that first right, there's something up.

Are you on a Warlock? With everyone saying they are over powered, you may have scared them off. :)
