I've been VIP for half a decade with no issues - Money goes out every month until today when suddenly I'm no longer VIP - I've checked the bank and it's not a problem my end so SSG?? Why am I no longer VIP?

Went to my secondary account and Bam, premium.
VISA card valid in all ways.
Second VIP was not really needed.
Was happy to let it it ride.
If my main account does same thing, Maybe it is an omen.
Take our money when we want to give it to you.

I've tried multiple times and even on another card!

I've been fobbed off by customer support stating that my credit card had been declined which having spoken to the bank NO IT HADN'T!

Now I've gotta wait till at least monday and probably longer for customer support to get back to me because they're busy with LotRO's expansion!


I was going to do some Saga farming this weekend but I do not own Gianthold and no I'm not paying extra for Gianthold when I SHOULD BE VIP!

I can't play any of my Warlocks - Which btw incl. my crafter on Sarlona!

And I don't own a Mobile Phone so cannot use PayPal!



No wonder DDO is losing Players if you won't take our money!
