Sun Elf access to Arcane Archer enhancement bug

Is it just me or does the "The Elf" enhancement in the Sun Elf racial tree not actually grant access to the Arcane Archer tree as advertised?

You have to click "accept" then make sure the tree is is visible maybe check the dropdown arrows

Did that. Logged, deleted, rerolled, tried again. On the retry it did "pop up" but I had to scroll to the very end of the Enhancement thing, past several blank pages and it was at the end. Thanks for the help.
