I'm trying to install the game, no mantainance time.
And I can't, I'm using MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
When I start the launcher I get the Akamai Agreement, when I hit Agree the launcher crashes and shows Internal Error, please contact customer support.
When I try to start the launcher before copying it to Applications it starts an then it shows 60 tries and error 0xffffffff80004005

You are launching the application directly from the disk image that you downloaded. This does not work. Copy it to your Applications folder and launch it from there.

That's what I did and I'm getting the Internal Error message.

This has come up a lot of times in the past -that error number is in a ton of posts on the Mac forum, and this was the issue every time. The app is likely doing something relative to the application path, hitting a read-only or even non-existant folder and error'ing out. I can only suggest to double-check where is launching from. It is certainly possible that some other file access problem will result in the same error though. Could your preferences folder or home folder be locked or protected in some way?

Hey, seems that the problem is the Akamai thing that launches after the agreement (can't remember the name). I downloaded the game from Steam and had no problem, just a warning that the Akamai was not working. The game installed just fine and now I can play as usual.
Thank you!
