Shared Bank, Crafting Storage and transitioning to Premium

Hi, I have a whole lot of shared bank, vault balance, and crafting storage, many upgrades purchased, 100+ slots of shared bank, a couple million of vault and over 500 of crafting storage.

Except I just transitioned to Premium and now I can't access any of it.

I understand that VIP includes 20 free shared bank slots (and I assume some amount of crafting storage and bank vault?) and I don't expect to continue to get those. But what about the ones I've already paid to get? I do expect to get those. All of them.

Please correct this.

Just an assumption but as a Vip you never bought the basic access to the shared bank: Shared Bank: Item Storage (20 Slots) for 1495 DP. (http://ddowiki.com/page/DDO_Store#Shared_Bank)
With out this you don't have any access to the upgrades that you have purchased.

I am sure you are right: I am equally sure this is wrong. I paid for access. I am due access.
