VIP Downgraded?

I have 2 accounts both vip, as I was running Wheloon quest and got to Shadow of a Doubt one of my accounts get this message when I try to enter (You do not have access to the Wheloon Content Pack. Buy it now from the DDO store.) Why is it not letting this account have access to something that is paid for? Any help getting this fixed would be appreciated.

Shadow of a Doubt is part of the Shadowfell Conspiracy Expansion, which needs to be purchased regardless of account status.

so my guess is you have an account that hasn't purchased that Expansion.

So what your saying is that the other 2 quest that I had already ran were not ones I purchased? So why is it not allowing me to buy these in the store also? What your saying and what the game is saying are 2 entirely different things.

I do own it, but as I said when I try to enter Shadow of a Doubt quest it tells me I need to purchase the Wheloon Pack which it will also not allow me to do because it does not show up in the store.
Now I could just skip that 1 quest as it appears to let me run all the others , but I did not know that at the time. For some reason just that 1 quest has me flagged as not having the pack.

When you say "Wheloon Quests" Do you mean Disciples of Shar and Escape Plan? Those two are free to everyone. Shadow of a doubt, and all the quests in the wheloon explorer area are part of the shadow fel consipracy which is not part of VIP and ,despite what the game says, cannot currently be purchased in the DDO store. It can only be purchased from the DDO market (http://store.turbine.com/store/turbine/en_US/list/categoryID.58516100/ThemeID.29252200)
