View Full Version : Missing packs. Always premium. Still have items from packs I cant go to anymore

Like the title says. I've always been a premium after the game went free to play many years ago. Over time I amassed quite the collection of adventure packs that I enjoyed. Enough to get to level 20.
After returning from many years absence im noticing that I am flat out missing packs I bought and paid for in the past. Several of my characters are in zones I'm not supposedly allowed in and have items and loot from those content packs.
Im currently missing Necro 2, Gianthold, Devils of shavarath, and even The vale of twilight among others. My main character is weilding 2 green steel weapons for pete's sake.
the only thing I can think of is that these areas have changed. I read that some packs have been overhauled and fixed. THIS SHOULD NOT MEAN I HAVE TO REPURCHASE ANYTHING HOWEVER.
Please Restore packs or refund me enough TP to rebuy them please.

are you on the correct account?
do you still have access to your email account? if yes, you should be able to find old mail from <donotreply@turbine.com> with your purchase details, such as:

I too seem to be missing some packs.
I first signed up on 2/17/2012.
From Turbine site and I have no emails relating to these purchases:
Game Version History
Menace of the Underdark Standard Edition
Stormreach™ Standard
Shadowfell Conspiracy CE™
Over the years, I have normally maintained VIP acount, but I KNOW that I purchased enough packs to play any level up to high teens for times when I lost VIP.
First problem is how can I tell which packs I currently have, and then how do I go about regaining any that I no longer have?
I have no emails between joining feb 2012 and november 2012. Is it possible that emails did not start until after this time?

I have similar issues since I had purchased two expansions and 11,000 turbine points to unlock lots of content and stay premium with pretty much access to all....

What is the process to regain my "Premium" status, and access to the material?
I am confused.
