pretty much. Though id be goofy to do reaper, unless it gave ridiculous rewards. Otherwise ud be screwing yourself in timeframe. And ya its all moot because the gear sucks. Its sucked even after the upgrade. And now it really sucked compared to random gen and crafting. Even named.

The loot does need an upgrade, either new items or boosts to existing items similar to those that Cannith Challenge loot got when New Random Loot became the new standard. But it really can't go reaper. Challenges, which is what the Cove is outside of the 'slayer' area, are pretty much Normal mode.

It would be nice to see the Cove return. I don't recall seeing it for a very long time.

Reaper for CC is not necessary. Level 28 items for the current CC line up would be handy but if the devs are slammed with the Mordor expansion in LOTRO and the upcoming Ravenlofte expansion for DDO, I would prefer to see that go awesome and can wait a year for level 28 items. I have my eye on building a range of heroic Brawling Gloves.

Some of the gear is still viable, I like the level 4 trinkets and the spy glasses. With everyone tr'ing now, you would think some twink gear would come in handy.
