Functional Loki Build?

Thor: The Dark World was on the other day and it got me thinking if there could be a playable version of Loki. Something that mirrors his abilities and would still be serviceable as a player.

Thinking of the abilities, illusion would be a key power set. He also seems to be proficient with daggers, likely two-weapon style. So, would that be a rogue / illusionist? What would it look like?
