Add in-game news page

The game should have another button in its main menu toolbar for giving us game news.

Game news would include:

* Maintenance notifications (patch/server restart/update scheduling)
* Event calendar (showing upcoming loot and xp bonus periods, special events like Risia/Crystal Cove/Festival of Night, live streams, etc)
* Other reminders (eg, your anniversary cake reward expires on date xxxx)
* Store sales (a summary like in the launcher, not a replacement for the store)
* Links to SSG surveys, if you ever start using them

The benefit of this is that all the information would be in one place, not spread out over the forums, social media, the launcher etc. Some people don't read the forums and/or social media; but everyone who logs in to play can see the news page.

The page could also open by default upon loading in with a character, with a toggle option to disable that for people who don't like it.

Yeah, this information needs consolidating for somewhere that everyone will see not just those that follow the forums.
About the surveys, I know I'd do every survey if I got a few DDO points as a reward. Ranging from 5 for very short questionnaires to 50 for long surveys.
I hardly look at the chronical and rely on someone updating the guild message each week :P

I've always thought this would be a great idea. It could be tied to Capshaw the Crier even.
