View Full Version : Purchased Shadowfell Conspiracy™ Collector's Edition key not working

G'day,
I purchased both the Shadowfell Conspiracy™ Collector's Edition and the Shadowfell Conspiracy™ Legendary Upgrade. The Legendary Upgrade key worked but the Shadowfell Conspiracy™ Collector's Edition key didn't work. I got the following response "disposable digital good has already brought"
I put in a ticket on the 11th of May one week ago as of writing this I have had no response.

Took them 3 weeks and one day to fix it for me, hopefully you won't have to wait this long :/ Good luck!!!

did they say anything before hand? or was it just suddenly working one day?

I got an email, saying the code had been manually applied to my account. That was the first real, reply. I logged in to check and it was all there.

I sure wish I had checked the forums before making the purchase of the SFC. I too got the legendary upgrade and that worked fine, but the expansion pack code did not. Im glad to at least see that the issue is being handled, albeit at a slow pace.

Same thing just happened to me. bought both the shadowfell and legendary packs. legendary worked fine, the rest didn't. I received the same message of the disposable goods. darn it!

Try closing the store window in game logged into a character and reopening it. Then try the code.

I had something similar happen with the new expansion. And that fixed it for me. Good luck
