ddo points didn't grant on favor increment

I just rolled over 900 favor this evening running necro 2 and I got the in game mail for passing 900 favor, but checking the ddo store, the points didn't show up. Anyone else have this happen? I think this is the first time I've seen this happen.

Check ddo store account history, make a screenshot, report it at myaccountturbine bug report under section "favor TP rward missing" or the like, also make the letter short and polite, and you will get it.

I remember once a kind CS person also gave me another 50 TP for my troubles.

Unless it was rewarded after a relog.

Thanks. Will try these when I get home from work! I never have had a problem just glancing at the new balance to update my ddo point tally spreadsheet in the past.
