Barbarian Tank build??

I'm playing around on my competition from 2 years ago and with all the gear upgrades and items i'm currently baffled on the gear to get too many options out there and wanted to see what y'all recommend... Ok my build is Barbarian my goal for this build is to RTR , ETR into a Dwarf Barbarian with the ability throw your weight around to use con instead of str for dmg.... The Main issue I'm Running into is gear to get below is a list of what I currently have ... any reasonable advice would be helpful:) Thanks in advance

Chest: Legendary hardened hide Armour (Medium)
Wrist: Epic armband of the Silenced ones
Neck: Jorgudal's Collar (Epic Elite )
Boots: Epic boots of the innocent
Ring: Legendary Brazenband --Epic Laurel Helix
waist: Epic belt of thoughtful remembrance
Cloak: Epic Cloak of ICE

Here is the goal on my barbarian. It's very similar to unbongwah's build but I don't use Harper Agent. If I were to use his build I'd replace the wizardry 371 with intelligence 17 (I'd also definitely go medium armor over heavy due to Scales of Malice).
