Annoying micro stutters after patch update!!!

Since the last update, the game is for now almost unplayable!!! :mad:
I was trying to do the slayers at Orchard of the Macabre and when there are more than 5 mobs attacking me the game goes very very slow. Anyone knows if there's any solution, please.
I give some more details, I'm playing at Argonnessen server and my graphic card is an AMD Radeon HD 6670, but I never have this problem till now.

After the recent patch and hotfix, I had an issue like that. Attack more than 1 monster and my fps would drop to near 1. It would also do this for a moment while buffing. After messing around with setting and placing a bug report, I found that turning off all game sounds (using the little check box) the huge drop was no longer there and game was playable again. Voice chatting isn't affected by this selection. Hope this helps.

Thanks for posting. This is definitely my issue. Anyone have any solutions to getting the game sounds back without the game stutter?
