Reaper Tree Core Dire Thaumaturge Reaper's Arcanum III CHA still not applying

So.. we have had the Reaper trees going for a while now and wondering why this isn't applying the core stat.

When I jump into Reaper content I get 1 less point than I have invested in the trees and with resets looks like it is the core that is not applying.
Reaper Tree Core.. Dire Thaumaturge.. Reaper's Arcanum III.. CHA.. not applying.
The Tier stats 1,2,3 are working fine.

am I missing something?

Not working in reaper? out or both?
Just reminding that if it's not going up when you enter a reaper quest it is full time. Not at home so I can't test ATM.

My understanding is that the Enhancement Tree's Cores 2 through 6 are not exclusive to Reaper mode. This should apply them right away. This makes them available in non-Reaper mode.

Have you tested by resetting your enhancements to just before you take the Arcanum III CHA? This will allow you to see your CHA before you take the enhancement and then right after to make sure it is or is not applying

gonna have to go back and reset again.. to check that out..
.. hopefully my Reaper tree resets so far playing with this haven't driven up the cost too high..
