we don't need more bags for this kind of stuff..
Bags are too limited in scope and accessibility to fairly encompass the cosmetics.

instead.. mimic the cuti-pet inventory system..
an inventory tab that holds all possible cosmetics and can be used interchangeably in the fly across the account.

this would open up the incentive to buy multiple assorted cosmetics and consolidate them all into a centralized area accessible when desired.

The current cosmetics load down too much inventory space to entice anyone to buy anymore than the bare minimum.
another storage bag is inadequate.. sure it may be better than nothing.. but why half ash it... do better... the cuti-pet template already exists.. mirror it..

a 'magical closet' to store them in doesn't need to be a paid service, We are already paying for purchasing individual cosmetics.
Giving us a better overall storage system would be in their own profitable best interest.
having unlimited storage and better accessibility gives us reason to buy more cosmetics.

I agree, we don't need a bag, we need a "wardrobe" in the inventory, a la the cosmetic pets tab. ALL cosmetics - armor, weapons, shields, and headgear - go in there, accessible & usable by ALL characters. If I want all my characters to have the exact same look, why should I need to glamer the same item umpteen times? They can all have the same pet. I could see a case for needing two copies for TWF, but other than that, you should only have to glamer anything once, and anybody can use it.
