Low level quests & carnage reapers

Whew, how about a reaper other than a carnage reaper? Is it just me that only gets them?

It's not just you. They do seem a little too overpowered for low levels even with the whole "the Devs are TRYING to kill you" mechanic. Conversely, they don't seem to scale well into the highest-level content - once you hit 25 or so, they're a bit of a joke.
