Lv 21 Warlock Needs Help with Messed Up Feats

I'm playing as a Lv 21, 32pts, fiend pact warlock.. What feats should I get on a lesser reincarnation to cause as much damage as possible with spells and eldritch burst!
OBS: I heard that taking the four metamagics is the way to go about the spells.

It depends what your main spell rotation is?

Do you use a lot of FoD?
Or
Are you mainly using Enchantment spells?
Or
Is Evards your go to?

Either way you likely want the Spell Focus that fits the spells you use most.

Now for your other feats I'd go:

Lvl 1 - Force of Personality - Your Charisma should be a lot higher than your wisdom so this is a large boost to your Will Saves.
Lvl 3 - Spell Focus either Necro, Enchant or Conju
Lvl 6 - Maximise
Lvl 9 - Empower
Lvl 12 - Quicken
Lvl 15 - Enlarge
Lvl 18 - Heighten
Lvl 21 - Epic Eldritch Blast
Lvl 24 - Embolden or Intensify depending on whether you want higher DCs or more damage.
Other Epic stuff I'll leave to you when you get there.

I want to make the most of the items listed bellow. So I want to know the proper feats.
I- Spells being used:
Lv1: Command (pact magic), Expeditious retreat and jump
Lv2: Rage (pact magic), Blur, and Invisibility
Lv3: Fire Shield (pact magic), Dimension Door and Displacement
Lv4: Binding Chain (pact magic), Evard's Black Tentacles and Teleport
Lv5: Power Word: Blind (pact magic) and Finger of Death
Lv6: Howl of Terror (pact magic), Summon Monster IX or Hold Monster Mass, and Wail of Banshee
II- Abilities Being Used
Hurl Through Hell.
III- Enhancements:
1- Enlightened Spirit
Core: All of them.
Tier1: Resilience of body (Rank 3), Spiritual Defense (Rank 3) and Resilience of Soul (Rank 3)
Tier2: Spiritual Bastion (Rank 3), Power of Enlighment (Rank 3) and Shield
Tier3: Eldritch Burst (Rank 3), Spiritual Ward (Rank 3), Power of Enlighment: Light (Rank 3) and Charisma
Tier4: Medium Armor Proficiency, Spiritual Retribution (Rank 3) and Brilliance and Charisma
Tier5: Spiritual Blast (Rank 3), Beacon and Shining Through.
2- Tainted Scholar
Core: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
Tier1: Planar Power (Rank 3), Feigned Health (Rank 3) and Strong Pact
Tier2: Utterdark Blast, Eldritch Blast Shape: Chain and Strong Pact
Tier3: Strong Pact and Charisma
Tier4: Strong Pact and Charisma.
3- Human
Core: 1st and 2nd.
Tier1: Improved Recovery.
OBS: I'm still working on my gear and epic destinies.

Couple of quick suggestions:

1. Assuming you have normal Warlock UMD Teleport to the Portable Hole and buy a stack of Teleport scrolls. That will let you switch out Teleport for another 4th level spell, which can be pretty powerful. I'm using Flesh to Stone, which is a fairly useful CC spell against some mobs down the road.

2. Work Necro Focus in their somewhere for the twist from Magister down the road. Even if you run in Magister you will want Necro Focus so you can spec Necro in the tree for FoD and WotB.

I'm running something sort of similar and I took:

1-Force of Personality
PDK-Evo Focus
3-Insightful Reflexes
6-Maximize
9-Empower
12-Necro Focus
15-Spell Penetration
18-Quicken
21-Heighten

For context need to add: not running Reaper just solo Elite/EE at this point. If you are Reapering the consensus is Enlarge belongs in there somewhere. Also switch out Expeditious Retreat for Charm.

For increased damage with bursts
Maximize
Empower
Quicken, will not directly increase the damage but I would highly recommend it anyway.

Epic feats
Wellspring of Power lvl 21
Intensify spell lvl 24
Epic Eldritch Blast lvl 27

Epic destiny feats
Epic Arcane Eldritch Blast lvl 26
Epic spell power lvl 28 (light or force, depending on if you are using utterdark blast or not).
Dire charge lvl 29 (aoe stun ability that causes helplessness)

For increased damage with spells...
You have one spell that does damage, Evard's black tentacles. It's damage is increased by the same feats, Maximize, Empower, Quicken, Wellspring of Power, Intensify Spell
