Add exotic weapons and a thrown weapon to the starter items for level 4 and 7 toons.

Currently there are no Bastard Swords, Shuriken or Thrown Weapons.

Remove all the items that are causing duplicate abilities. You always get the ring with +1 protection but on some builds there are already items that do this. Same for resistance. Get rid of starter rags. Pointless.

generate four hotbars on startup instead of just one.

Add the freebie bags to the inventory.

generate four hotbars on startup instead of just one.Also not a bad idea, but do remember you can use chat commands to save/load your layout (you still have to "pop out" your hotbars before loading the layout, but that's easy enough):
/layout <save|load> <name>
Example saving: /layout save erimesi.layout
Example loading: /layout load erimesi.layout
Layouts get saved under the exact filename you specify (including the extension or lack thereof) in your "My Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online" folder.
I personally have an 8-bar layout that I currently use in this manner.


Add the freebie bags to the inventory.
Did they fix the folks not giving "freebie bags" to vet characters? If not then yes, this needs to be done. If they did....probably not worth the extra zots.
