There is a growing list of players in need of technical support on the account assistance forum being completely ignored.
Many players are getting a persistent error that character is already in world when trying to log in after reincarnation (several types).
Can we please get a response?
Most of us had hoped that today's server reset would fix it. Not the case.

At the very least, delete this post because you don't like it so we know you are at least watching,,,,

And for all the flamers:
in game CS contacted; "nothing can be done, contact SSG help"
SSG help contacted: open ticket for 4 days, no response
Help thread posted in both in game help and account help sections; no response.
posting here to try to call attention to the issue; *crossing fingers*

Server: Ghallanda
Character: Chantarele

thanks.

I am having the same problem. Contqcted in game support and was told to submit a bug report. Submitted a bug report 14 days ago with no response. The crit multiplier while raged is not applying to damage. I am also failing on my confirm to crit rolls. My question is, should I stop paying for VIP and be a F2P. It appears the service/support is the same.

There does seem to be some kind of issue with Customer Support in SSG currently. Not sure what's going on - maybe they lost employees or a contract change if they outsource it. Some communication about what players should do when they aren't receiving the support they need would be nice.

But a couple of things that I have learned about Customer Support in DDO:

-An in-game ticket is iffy. GM support is only available during certain hours, you have to stay in-game in order to avoid your ticket being auto-closed, and the in-game GMs can only help with in-game issues. Not Subscription or other Account issues. Often the response will be to create a bug report which is worded as though that will solve your problem, but a bug report is only a report and will almost never solve your problem in a timely manner. I.e. it will only solve a problem when and IF the devs get around to fixing the bug.

-I usually create an online Help Ticket. Currently that is at help.standingstonegames.com You need to reply to the automated email you receive when you create your ticket otherwise they may assume that the information in the automated email helped you and will close the ticket. I have heard that some people are getting responses instructing to open an in-game ticket. This is an issue that I hope SSG will resolve soon since as I have said, an in-game ticket is much less useful.

-In addition to opening a Help Ticket I also create a bug report. The more bug reports the devs receive the better as more information about bugs is always better.

I hope that everyone having these issues is helped soon. Good luck!
