I wanted to thank SSG customer service for their quick response to my service request. I created a support ticket at https://help.standingstonegames.com. I was refunded for my purchase of additional character bank space which failed when I tried to use it.
Adahrel responded quickly, refunded the purchase price and told me that they escalated the issue and it's being looked into.
This type of service makes it more likely that I will spend money in the future.
