I would like to see this for Summons, Hirelings, and Pets.
An Enhancement Tree bought with SSPs, when bought you get 5 points to spend in it, you get more points from the monster manual.
Feats that can be bought with rems.
Gold seal hirelings that level with you, and have enhancement slots.
Items bought with SSPs that summon critters that level as you level. These items can be upgraded, upgrades customize the summoned critters, upgraded by things ingame.

I've always liked the idea of a permanent hireling that levels with you. I think LOTRO has something similar to this.

I would absolutely love something like this if they fixed hireling AI and scaling.

Sort of like PnP's Cohorts? From Leadership (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Leadership) feat, allows you to obtain a cohort up to 1 level below you. Also comes with a swarm of minions, but given how DDO works I would expect at most one cohort like a hireling.
I'd love this, would allow a lot more soloing potential even with the hilarious AI of hirelings.

Mostly I'd like to see them get prr and mrr. Knowing not to rez people with rez timers and that heal cures disease and poison as well would be nice changes too.
Barring any substantive changes, they should all be renamed to reflect the names of the developers and ddo employees So when the hirelings just aren't doing their job right you know who to blame.
