I've been running slavers and making some gear for my 2 lvl 30 toons. One character is more fun in groups and the other is better solo, so I choose whichever is best based on who's online and playing.
The thing I'm having a hard time understanding is why the more rare ingredients are bound to character. Since I'm alternating between two characters, bound to account isn't a big deal... but bound to character? Okay, I get it. Those items are more rare and special and shouldn't be able to be traded. But here's the thing; the finished items are bound to account. So it's simple enough to trade the item and the common ings over to the character that has the rare ings and customize the item, then trade it back. But what's the point?
Either someone didn't think this through or I'm missing something.
