Epic levels and quest XP

If I'm level 21 and I do What Goes Up, for example, do I lose XP, because I'm 2 levels over the quest level, or does it stay the same, because I have 20 heroic levels?

What goes up is base level 19 on heroic. If you ran it on elite you'd actually still get bravery bonus. If you run it on hard it has an adjusted level of 20 and won't have any penalty for epic characters of any level running it. (But if they are higher level there won't be a bravery bonus.)

If you haven't run it this life I would strongly urge you to save it and run it on epic instead though, the bravery bonus for that quest in epic is a huge chunk of xp.
