3) What day of the week is it? Devs are people too lol. If there are any on the clock right now, there are probably less than usual and they might also be busy lol.

After 4 hours 42 minutes, admin +Doe+ said he would be with me momentarily. That was 15 minutes ago.

It has now been 5 hours and 11 minutes. I see that the error I submitted the ticket about has been fixed. (I had crafted some armor to ML2 but it showed ML10. +Doe+ reset it to ML1)

The ticket indicates the problem was fixed 22 minutes ago, 4 minutes after +Doe+ initially contacted me. I was not notified, although I was logged on and monitoring my toon throughout.

I am glad the problem was fixed but the experience was not pleasant.

At least your problem was resolved on the weekend. I would count that as a win.

Since your join date is Jan 2016, you are aware the game is F2P.
