Paralyzing weapons

Hey all, is there anywhere you can craft a paralyzing crossbow/great crossbow/heavy repeater? And barring that, are there any named items in the game that can be farmed?
Been searching the wiki for an hour, haven't found any yet, though I did find mention of some nice paralyzing crossbows for a rogue, though they didn't name the item.
Any help would be appreciated!

Paralyzing is one of the attribute you cannot craft but can be on lootgen (like disruption)

Actually, you can --sort of--craft it via the Eveningstar weapons. The quality starts to appear on the level 16 loot. It is a painful lottery system though. True--you are better off with lootgen if available (and if you are a melee--OP mentions xbows though-- farm the Whisperdoom weapon with a lockpicker)

Be aware that the DC checks are pretty bad for most Paralyzing weapons. Most top out around 25 so at best they may only be "useful" vs mobs 35th level or lower.
