Does that stack with potency or the memoirs hat

The staff gives an equipment bonus to those spell powers, so it will not stack with regular potency, which is also an equipment bonus. It will, however, stack with the "insightful potency" and "Quality potency" found on that circlet.

Ya i went checking so sad could almost be a decent staff for heroics
